Agents Pricing

Firstly, you could link onto traditional search engines and property websites - these generally work to a limited degree - searches for properties are often based on a considerable amount of luck. Golf Realty™ has removed the "chance" from the equation, drilling down to specific golf estates - a focus that the online property industry has not yet seen!

As an agent you can take up three options:

Three month option = R 1 500,00

This allows an agent to load 20 properties, at a time, with 4 photos of each property, add a description and load key words to improve search results.

Is it worth it?

• Twenty (20) properties, over three months would cost the estate agent
R 25,00 per property per month. (Incl VAT)
• The agent would have 80 photos loaded on the site.
• The agent can rotate as many of the listings as they please - delete and reload for the period, so if you sell one, simply replace it with another property.
• Enables agents to take on listings in areas that they would otherwise not trade in.

Six month option = R 2 700,00

This allows an agent to load 20 properties, at a time, with 4 photos of each property, add a description and load key words to improve search results.

Is it worth it?

• Twenty (20) properties, over six months would cost the estate agent
R 22,50 per property per month. (Incl VAT)
• The agent would have 80 photos loaded on the site.
• The agent can rotate as many of the listings as they please - delete and reload for the period, so if you sell one, simply replace it with another property.
• Enables agents to take on listings in areas that they would otherwise not trade in.

 12 month option = R 4 880,00

This allows an agent to load 20 properties, at a time with 4 photos of each property, add a description and load key words to improve search results.

Is it worth it?

• Twenty (20) properties, over twelve months would cost the estate agent
R 20,00 per property per month. (Incl VAT)
• This translates to R 0,66 per day! or R 0,02 per hour!
• The agent would have 80 photos loaded on the site.
• The agent can rotate as many of the listings as they please - delete and reload for the period, so if you sell one, simply replace it with another property.
• Enables agents to take on listings in areas that they would otherwise not trade in.

General Comments

• Average golf properties sell for more than a million rand so commission would be in excess of R 50 000 depending on mandates achieved - a healthy return.
• Over 6 000 golf related property buyers will receive monthly email newsletters and SMS alerts.
• Traditional newspaper, magazine and other media are very expensive.
