What does it cost me as an estate Developer?
Firstly, you could link onto traditional search engines and property websites - these generally work to limited degree - searches for properties are often based on a considerable amount of luck. Golf Realty™ has removed the "chance" from the equation, drilling down to specific golf estates - a focus that the industry has not yet seen!
What is a developer?
- This could be the original developer of the estate in question.
- Your business could be as the developer of a group of properties within a particular estate.
- Your business could be in fractional ownership and would need to list multiple shares within different properties.
As a developer you can take up three options:
Three month option = R 3 750,00
This allows a developer to load 50 properties, at a time, with 4 photos of each property, add a short and long description and load key words to improve search results.
Is it worth it?
- Fifty (50) properties, over three months would cost the developer
R 25,00 per property per month. (Incl VAT)
- The developer would have 200 photos loaded on the site.
- The developer can rotate as many of the listings as they please - delete and reload for the period, so if you sell one, simply replace it with another property.
Six month option = R 6 750,00
This allows a developer to load 50 properties, at a time with 4 photos of each property, add a description and load key words to improve search results.
Is it worth it?
- Fiftty (50) properties, over six months would cost the developer
R 22.50 per property per month. (Incl VAT)
- The developer would have 200 photos loaded on the site.
- The developer can rotate as many of the listings as they please - delete and reload for the period, so if you sell one, simply replace it with another property.
12 month option = R 12 000,00
This allows a developer to load 50 properties, at a time, with 4 photos of each property, add a description and load key words to improve search results.
Is it worth it?
- Fifty (50) properties, over twelve months would cost the developer
R 20,00 per property per month. (Incl VAT)
- The developer would have 200 photos loaded on the site.
- The developer can rotate as many of the listings as they please - delete and reload for the period, so if you sell one, simply replace it with another property.
- You also get a free advert on the primary page worth R 999,00
General Comments
- Average golf properties sell for more than a million rand so commission would be in excess of R 50 000 depending on mandates achieved - a healthy return.
- Over 6 000 golf related property buyers will receive monthly email newsletters and SMS alerts.
- Traditional newspaper, magazine and other media are very expensive.
- Golf Realty advertises here: online, television, golf magazines and newspapers.
