Costs: Viewing and access is free; listings are fee based dependent on option and duration selected. Fee structures are detailed on the About Us and Register pages; listing, cost and duration options are selected as part of the registration process.
Users should regard nothing contained in this web site as an offer but rather as an invitation to do business.
It remains the responsibility of clients to ensure that golf estates for which they wish to add listings are listed on the web site, before registering as clients. Information on estates not listed may be forwarded with a request for inclusion.
1. Privacy Policy
Personal details required are submitted to the web site only as necessary to provide the services offered. Your personal details are regarded as private and confidential and are never made available to third parties.
Registration as a client initiates essential system-generated messages to confirm registration and payment. Enquiries i.r.o. property listings from interested parties are communicated directly to clients for response. Personal details of clients are never visible to third parties during this process.
Clients will receive these essential communications, responses to listings from potential buyers as well as other necessary periodical communications such as essential service-related notifications, reminders and updates regarding subscriptions and listings as well as additional product, services and opportunity notifications. We respect the privacy of our clients, these notifications are kept to an absolute minimum and are sent only as necessary.
Registration as a client on the web site confirms that users understand the necessity for these communications and grants permission for such communications. Should clients choose not to receive ongoing communications they may notify the web site owner by e-mail (Contact Us).
Companies providing supporting services as well as our employees and agents are required to adhere to our privacy policy and may not use or disclose the personal details of clients except as described herein.

GolfRealty™ accepts no responsibility and no liability whatsoever for any consequences, loss or damage incurred as a result of properties or property interests listed, with or without the full knowledge and consent of owners.
Descriptions on the web site i.r.o. golf estates are of a general nature and is designed to give a broad overview of the estate. While every attempt is made to illustrate golf estates with actual photographs taken on the estate, where this is not possible, images of a generic nature which do not necessarily depict the actual estate, is used. It remains the responsibility of purchasers to familiarise themselves with the position, size, surroundings, environment, price, costs and other characteristics of the property prior to making a purchase.
11. Enforceability & Cession
Users may not cede, sub-license or otherwise transfer any rights they may have under these terms and conditions or which may otherwise have been obtained through the use of this site, to any third party(s).
In the event of any part of these Terms and Conditions being found to be partially or fully unenforceable, for whatever reason, this shall not affect the application or enforceability of the remainder of this agreement.
