Spacious and well designed house situated in the Oubaai Golf Resort in Herolds Bay.

This house faces north and good views of the Outeniuqa Mountain Range can be enjoyed from the undercover patio with built in gas braai. The house has 4 bedrooms all en suite, with an open plan lounge and dining area which leads into the kitchen there is also a separate scullery, TV lounge and double garage.

Other attractions at the Resort - Hyatt Regency Hotel which offers an All day dining restaurant as well as the Waterside Grill, Hyatt Pure Spa, convention and banqueting.
